[2023/09/28 15:47] Sonja Bikergrrl: Last I saw, Leesha and Dahlia were slightly injured by an exploding zombie with a note pinned to it; Debben was rather seriously injured

[2023/09/28 15:48] MidnightMinion Cyberstar: "Owwwwww...." Debben curls up a bit, trying to feel if she's got anything broken.
[2023/09/28 15:48] Alicia Frakture: Leesha gets to her feet and looks at Debben, then Dahlia."You got the healing magic available?"
[2023/09/28 15:48] ɗίηα ωíƖɗę ღ (dinadrone): gets up and checks her injuries then heads to her bag to pull out bandages and get ready to start casting cure light wounds on Debben and then Leesha

[2023/09/28 15:54] MidnightMinion Cyberstar: Debben sits back up once her burnt bits are put back together. "And he destroyed anything still left in there that we missed. The jerk. couldn't even let us loot in peace."
[2023/09/28 15:54] Sonja Bikergrrl: well... very singed. The tower is quite badly burnt, probably unsafe to enter, the hatchway down reveals a black hole full of smoke... definitely not safe

[2023/09/28 16:06] Sonja Bikergrrl: (if magic books could simply be copied, -everyone- would have a library of magic)
[2023/09/28 16:08] MidnightMinion Cyberstar: How much effort to make *one* copy of a book, then? Debben would like to get the supplies for it at least.
[2023/09/28 16:09] MidnightMinion Cyberstar: Or, at the least, a backup spellbook of things Debben can cast personally?
[2023/09/28 16:09] Sonja Bikergrrl: I'd have to check; I do remember it's very far from easy.
[2023/09/28 16:10] Sonja Bikergrrl: Your personal magic book? You can copy that, they're basically your notes. Anothers' magic book? You need to learn the spells to write them. An actual magical book? You need the ability to create a magical item... level 7? for some reason is in my head.
[2023/09/28 16:13] MidnightMinion Cyberstar: 7 sounds right if it's pure level based and not feat-moderated
[2023/09/28 16:14] Sonja Bikergrrl: for some reason I think it's 7. Definitely not 1! And even then, you need the level to cast the spell being written
[2023/09/28 16:14] MidnightMinion Cyberstar: Well, I at least have mine and the recovered book of spells, so making a spare with.... Cantrip, Spook, Audible Glamour, and Sleep for a working set seems reasonable to me as a side project.
[2023/09/28 16:15] Sonja Bikergrrl: they're spells you know, so... sounds reasonable to make a "travelling book" of sorts. I'll check that later.

[2023/09/28 16:31] MidnightMinion Cyberstar: Debben grabs the darts that stuck her and lobs them in the direction where her attackers seem to be. "You dust-sneezing scoundrels! What sort of a toad-licking coward attacks with a poisoned dart!?"

[2023/09/28 16:33] ɗίηα ωíƖɗę ღ (dinadrone): pulls out the darts and looks them over quickly trying to see anything that might let her know what effect they were about to have "this is probably bad but hoping not as bad as it could be"
[2023/09/28 16:35] Alicia Frakture: Leesha pulls out the dart."So not dealing with this." AS she charges into the bushes kicking at anything in there that moves
[2023/09/28 16:37] Sonja Bikergrrl: Dahlia looks at the little needle. It does seem to have been poisoned; you're even more sure as Debben starts to yawn and slump to the ground. There's shrill cries and a sudden scattering from the bushes as Leesha ploughs in. "We got 'em! We got 'em! Run away now!"

[2023/09/28 16:46] Sonja Bikergrrl: You reach down to pick them up... and.... your eyelids get heavy and as you take a huge yawn.... you hear a high pitched voice nearby. "There she goes... better get the rope... tie 'em up good!"
[2023/09/28 16:47] Sonja Bikergrrl: /me glances at clock.... ironically, time -she- was in bed, and that's as good a cliffhanger as any!
[2023/09/28 16:47] Alicia Frakture: /me grits her teeth and tries to fight the sleepiness, still trying to carry her friends until she drops
[2023/09/28 16:48] Alicia Frakture: *I know she wont be up long but I am trying*
